PAY RETAINER
The "Pay Retainer" link is for new client matters or funds being requested that are to be placed into the trust account of the firm for future fees and costs. If you are a new client, or replenishing your retainer balance, please select the "Pay Retainer" unless you have been instructed otherwise in a communication from the firm of Benton, Benton & Benton. PAY Bill
The "Pay Bill" link is for fees and costs which have been billed and earned by Benton, Benton & Benton. A payment does not create an attorney-client relationship and one should not be inferred by the recipient. Such a relationship may only be created by both a written retainer agreement with Benton, Benton & Benton, signed by the attorney and potential client, and payment of agreed upon fees.
